To shop and explore, start on Main Street in downtown Blue Ridge and spend some time shopping for art, unique clothing and gifts. You don't want to miss shops like, Crawford Collections or Quinti - The Peruvian Shop, wine tastings at 34th Degree Wine Merchant, Cartecay Wine & Craft or the Georgia Wine Depot, these are just a few of so many more one of a kind shops to explore. This Shopping Guide is great for locating the shops. Have lunch at one of the great eateries in town like, The Vine and Eatery, and Cantaberry Restaurant, plus so many more choices. While you're out be sure to pick up some things to take back to the cabin, Out of the Blue for specialty cheeses and a bottle or two of wine, a charcuterie board and wine from the Pasta Market, or snacks from Chester's Provisions. You can hit several places by booking with Blue Ridge Mountain Food Tours. Just a mile down the road is Mercier Orchards, a great place to pick up fresh fruit, pastries, wine and more.

If you have time, continue to downtown McCaysville's Riverwalk Shops on the Toccoa River. There is a great assortment of great shops like, River Laurel Gifts & Boutique and Copperhill Rock & Mineral Co. Visit Burra Burra's deck on the river for an afternoon beverage. Or you could walk across the bridge from Georgia into Tennessee and try out Copperhill Brewery and Buck Bald Brewing. Take home some Cuban sandwiches and rum cake from the Rum Cake Lady.
