If you’re willing to wait until 10 a.m. for a lite bite, then Rum Cake Lady will not disappoint. Locations in Downtown Blue Ridge and in McCaysville near the Georgia-Tennessee border both offer Cuban coffee and eats that rival options in Havana. Yes, “authentic” is an overused word, but in this case it is most fitting. Grab a Cortadito and a mini Rum Cake, and then come back for lunch!
BumbleBee's Café Blue Ridge

Iron Bridge General Store & Cafe'
Located in the Aska Adventure Area across from the historic Shallowford Bridge, an old iron bridge dating back to 1918. You can eat a great breakfast with items like fried bologna with egg and cheese sandwiches, breakfast burritos, along with traditional items like pancakes and more. Be sure to stop back for lunch and dinner as well. You can even grab sunscreen on the way out for your day of adventure.
