Christie is a native of Blue Ridge and absolutely loves living and working in this community! She has lived in several cities across the southeast but was drawn back to the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains where she married her husband, Paul. Christie enjoys cooking (and eating fun meals!!), traveling, yoga, golf, and spending time outdoors. Christie is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and you will periodically see her teaching in the community when time allows. In times of chaos, which the Chamber team knows very well, you may hear Christie say, “just breathe”! She loves leading an amazing staff and supporting the membership, partners, and community.

Crystal has called the mountains home for the past decade, though she realized she should have moved her family here sooner. Upon arrival she quickly immersed herself in the Chamber and tourism industry, where she discovered her true calling. Crystal’s enthusiasm for promoting the area is matched only by her personal love of exploration. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, discovering new communities and downtowns, and embracing new experiences wherever she goes.

Shannon grew up in Ft. Myers, Florida but for the last 13 years she’s called Blue Ridge home. Her BA is in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She spent the first part of her career as an auditor and in bank management. Since moving to Blue Ridge, she has worked at a local elementary school planning events, managing documentation for Federal money, and many other duties. Shannon enjoys gardening, listening to live music and playing games with her family. You might find her at one of Blue Ridge’s awesome restaurants or breweries while enjoying life with her friends and family.

Glenda was born and raised in Alabama. She attended college at Carson Newman University in TN graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She moved to GA in 1996, making her home in Fannin County in 2018. Glenda and her husband enjoy hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, exploring North GA and spending time with family and friends. She has 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren.

Gabby moved to Fannin County in 2011 after visiting family here for over ten years while working in hospitality in Las Vegas. A native of Texas who attended college in upstate New York, she longed to escape big city life and relocated to Blue Ridge, whose thriving restaurant scene was in its infancy. She worked in restaurants and cabin rental management before finding her home on our team. Her passion for service and leadership drives her to help our county’s visitors have an amazing and memorable experience in Blue Ridge. Gabby enjoys exploring the outdoors, practicing yoga, and hosting her family who make annual visits from all over the world!

Nicole was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and is never going back. Blue Ridge is her home and she loves everything about her community! She worked as a paralegal in real estate law for over 20 years. After moving to Blue Ridge she began working at the Chamber & CVB's Visitor Center and is now the Administrative Assistant. Nicole enjoys working in the yard, eating out, sitting on her patio with a nice glass of wine, and riding on her Harley Davidson. She’s very excited to be a part of the Fannin County and Blue Ridge community.
