Overview
Fightingtown Creek Nature Park is 190 acres of natural land available for free public use for hiking, mountain biking, birdwatching, and other low impact recreation.
There are four trails available:
Laurel Loop (3.5 miles)
Creek Loop (3.3 miles)
Lower Prince Loop (1.6 miles)
Upper Prince Loop (2.0 miles)
Trails includes a spectacular seasonal view from the top of Prince Mountain. All are loops, natural surface, and beginner/intermediate level trails.
The park is owned and managed by Southeastern Trust for Parks and Land in cooperation with the Friends of Fightingtown Creek Nature Park. Look for signs and a red gate on the right, at 1200 Cedar Valley Rd. Find directions here as well as other trails to try out.
