Overview

The practice of infusing oils like olive, almond, jojoba, or castor oil with the medicinal properties of plants has been around for as long as humans have been working with herbs.
In this class, Herbalist Lyndsey will delve into the art of combining plant and oil to create the highest quality infused oils for both medicinal and culinary uses.
Along with the oils, you will then take the practice a further step as you learn about her favorite form of herbalism: salves and ointments.
Come with a notebook, and leave with a better understanding of this time honored practice and the beginnings of your own infused oils and salve to add to your apothecary cabinet.
